Its flagship tool, a cross-platform chatbot builder and centralized inbox, helps brands deliver consistent, real-time communication and achieve higher ROI through smart automation.

Key contributions included:

1. Facebook API & Messenger Integration
We enabled seamless Facebook Messenger chatbot integration. In response to rising ad costs, the client pivoted toward “message objective” campaigns — our team built backend and frontend capabilities to route traffic from Facebook ads directly into Messenger interactions, boosting conversion rates significantly.

2. Smart Contact Lists & Lead Management
GP Solutions developed a comprehensive module for contact segmentation, tagging, and lead scoring based on user behavior and interests. Leads generated from chat interactions were automatically converted, categorized, and activated through marketing funnels.

3. Full-Cycle App Development
We engineered a suite of custom features tailored to elevate the platform’s marketing capabilities. These included mass email campaign tools designed for large-scale outreach, drip campaign functionalities that allowed users to automate personalized communication flows based on user behavior, and Facebook post autoresponders — also known as “comment guard” — which transformed post engagement into lead capture opportunities.

The comment guard feature enabled automatic replies to user comments, converting them into active conversations and boosting organic reach. Together, these tools empowered marketers to build consistent, cross-channel engagement strategies, increase conversion rates, and significantly streamline their communication efforts.

To support Instagram-native growth, we developed InstaChamp — a smart automation engine tailored to creators and B2C brands. It transformed Instagram comments and DMs into qualified leads and opened new conversion streams for MobileMonkey users.
